Social Media Training

Learn with the experts in social media

Social media is always changing and developing – new platforms, new features and new ways of reaching your target audience. But which approach is right for your business?

In this session we’ll give you confidence in the latest social media trends, tools and techniques, leaving your team better equipped to produce the social media activity that gets results.

Drawing on a decade’s experience at the forefront of social media trends, we’ll build a workshop around your business objectives which will be fun, practical and full of tips you’ll be able to apply straight away to your own social media activity.

All our social media marketing training is bespoke, so if you would like us to run training for Instagram, Twitter, Facebook or LinkedIn, or around a particular business challenge, just let us know ahead of the session.

With the challenges of coronavirus, we are now running all our social media courses remotely. Same brilliant content, but split into shorter sessions, with worksheets and plenty of activities to help people learn from a distance.

What’s our approach to social media training?

Like all our workshops, in our social media sessions we make things fun!

With plenty of best practice examples from your sector to inspire you, plus activities to complete before, during, and after the session – we make sure it all sinks in.

We like to have a phone call with you a week later so you can run through any questions that have arisen after the session, and we can produce accompanying guides for you to refer back to, or share with new members of your team.

What’s in the course?

1. Introduction to social media

Group intros and discussion, to get a feel for people’s understanding of social media and the challenges they face

Plus! Fun activities before, after and during the session.

2. Advanced social media skills training

This session is about being more strategic – using social media advertising, dealing with negativity, setting goals and running campaigns. You have the basics, now it’s time to really make your social media activity as effective as it can be.
